In support of international families in building a new social environment, I am looking into your individual needs. With my know-how and my experience I can help you:

As an authorized process consultant for the corporate value program: I’ll support you in initiating sustainable change.
The program subsidizes the cost of consulting by 50 or 80 per cent, depending on the size of the company.

A project of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund, which promotes modern personnel policy through consultation. The target group are medium-sized companies with headquarters and workplaces in Germany:

  • Annual turnover less than EUR 50 million or annual balance sheet less than EUR 43 million;
  • fewer than 250 employees;
  • at least one full-time employee subject to social insurance contributions;
  • and with at least two years of existence;

  • to support them in an employee-oriented personnel policy
  • to sensitize companies to changes in the world of work and production
  • Establish a corporate culture that contributes to the recruitment and retention of skilled workers
